Delivery terms

The delivery time for the order is from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. We will declare the value of the goods purchased based on the invoice. The delivery schedule is for reference only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. 

If the order cannot be delivered to the customer’s delivery address due to incorrect or non compliant information provided by the customer, we will return the ordered goods to Hong Kong. All expenses incurred as a result will be deducted from the refund (if any).

After the package is sent out, we will provide you with the tracking number via email, and you can check it on the corresponding courier website.
