Return policy

Before shipping to customers, we conduct comprehensive quality control and inspection on all products.

You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the order (only for original price goods), and the return must meet the following conditions:

Returned goods must still have tags and packaging bags attached
Used goods cannot be returned
Underwear, socks, and masks cannot be returned or exchanged
Special items such as lighters, models, and skateboards cannot be returned or exchanged
Discounted and discounted goods cannot be returned
Orders with gifts cannot be refunded
If the goods we receive exceed the 14 day return period or fail to meet the above conditions, the goods will be returned to the address on the customer’s order.

Refund

The refund will be completed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
Refunds will be returned to the customer using the original payment method (exchange rate differences cannot be refunded)
The shipping cost of the order cannot be refunded
Exchange Policy

You can return any item for exchange within 14 days after receiving the package. Exchange must comply with our policy:

The goods can only be replaced with different sizes, and requests for different prices and styles will not be accepted. Meanwhile, the goods are subject to availability. If the requested item is sold out, we will refund according to the original payment method.
A product can only be replaced once.
Please ensure that the returned or exchanged goods are brand new and unused, and still bear the brand and returned in their original packaging. For products that do not meet the requirements, we will not accept them and will send them back to customers as they are.
Used goods cannot be replaced.
Due to hygiene issues, socks and underwear cannot be replaced.
Products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, or due to accidents or improper use, cannot be considered defective products.

Defective products

If the quality of the product is not ideal, does not meet the intended use or product description, it is considered a defective product. Products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, or due to accidents or improper use, cannot be considered defective products.

Defective products returned must still be labeled with their original tags and retained in packaging bags.
